Site Establishment
RMIT PCPM project team to coordinate the procurement & installation of adequate site establishment facilities.

PCG Meeting 2
The meeting included discussion surrounding: update of all drawings received, potential design changes, risks involved with the project and finalising permit approvals. Handover is scheduled for the 26th of October 2018.

PCG Meeting 3
The meeting included discussion surrounding: clarification of new design and scope of work, confirming new required trades and assessing design items for procurement. Handover has been rescheduled for the 16th of October 2018 for the revised scope of works.
